Telegram bot development

A bot that takes orders, collects payments and answers customer questions — around the clock, no days off. From a simple information bot to a full Mini App inside Telegram.

In Uzbekistan, Telegram is on almost every phone, which makes it the shortest path to a customer. A bot needs no app install: there is no sign-up, no password and no confirmation code, because Telegram already knows the user — so it takes seconds to go from the first tap to a filled basket. Configured well, a bot absorbs the repetitive half of your operators' work — price, availability, delivery terms, order status — leaving your team only the cases that genuinely need a person. For questions, order taking and notifications a plain bot is enough; when you need a catalogue, filters, a customer account or a loyalty scheme, the right choice is a Mini App that opens as a full interface inside Telegram, needs no app-store approval, and pushes updates to every user immediately. We build bots on Python (aiogram) and Node.js with webhooks and database integration, and can add an AI layer so the bot understands a freely typed question, finds the answer in your product data and hands the conversation to a human operator when the request is complex.

What you get

Takes orders 24/7

The bot works at night and on holidays. No enquiry goes unanswered — in the morning you open a list of overnight orders instead of a list of missed messages.

Payments inside the bot

Payme, Click and Uzum integration — the customer pays without leaving the chat. Uzcard and Humo cards are supported, and international projects can use global gateways such as Stripe.

Comes with an admin panel

Manage products, prices and orders through a straightforward panel: add an item, update a price, hide what has sold out, change an order's status. Every change shows up in the bot immediately.

Connects to CRM and Excel

Every order is recorded automatically — no manual copying. It connects to Google Sheets as well as amoCRM, Bitrix24 or 1C.

No sign-up required

No login, no password, no SMS code — Telegram already knows the customer and passes the bot their name and interface language. That is exactly why a bot feels faster than a website.

Broadcasts and segmentation

Send a promotion or a new arrival to thousands of subscribers in one tap. The audience is already yours: split customers by purchase history and send each group its own offer.

Promo codes, referrals and loyalty

The bot itself enforces a promo code's validity window, limits and usage count. Referral invitations are counted by the bot too — nothing has to be tracked by hand.

Real-time statistics

Which product sells best, what the average order value is, which ad is working and where customers abandon the basket — all visible in the panel, so decisions rest on numbers rather than instinct.

How we work

  1. 1

    Analysis & requirements

We study your process: who will use the bot, how the order flow runs, which systems it has to talk to. The outcome is a written set of functional requirements.

  2. 2

    Conversation design

We write out step by step how the bot talks to a customer — menu structure, buttons and error states. A catalogue is best kept no more than two levels deep: if reaching a product takes five taps, the customer never gets there.

  3. 3

    Development

We build the bot, its admin panel and the integrations you need (payment, delivery). The bot is written in Python (aiogram) or Node.js, with webhooks and a database behind it.

  4. 4

    Payment & CRM integration

We wire up the payment provider, delivery and your CRM or Google Sheets. The documents and conditions for opening a payment account are set by the provider; the technical integration is on us.

  5. 5

    Testing

Exercised against real scenarios so there are no wrong answers or dead ends. The payment flow is checked with a real card on a real phone before launch.

  6. 6

    Launch & training

We deploy the bot to a server and train your team to run it. A warranty period follows delivery, during which any bugs found are fixed free of charge.

Frequently asked questions

How long does bot development take?

A simple information bot takes 3–5 days; a shop or order bot 2–4 weeks. A Mini App with payments and CRM integration needs 3–6 weeks. The timeline depends on the conversation design and how many integrations are needed.

How is the price of a Telegram bot calculated?

The price follows the number of features, how complex the payment integration is, how deeply it has to connect to a CRM or ERP, and the design requirements. A simple order bot is the most straightforward option; a Mini App with full commerce functionality takes considerably more work. Tell us the requirements and we send a firm quote within one business day.

Can payments be connected to the bot?

Yes. We work with Payme, Click and Uzum — the customer pays directly inside the bot. Uzcard and Humo cards are supported, and for international clients other providers such as Stripe can be connected.

Does the bot need its own server?

Yes, a bot needs a server to stay online. We pick and configure a suitable option as part of the service. How much resource it needs depends on the number of users, the volume of stored data and the integrations — we confirm that in the consultation.

What is the difference between a bot and a Mini App, and which do I need?

A bot is a service delivered through conversation: buttons and forms, which is enough for questions, order taking and notifications. A Mini App is an application that opens full-screen inside Telegram, with a catalogue, basket, filters, a customer account, a calendar and maps. In most cases the pair works best: the bot greets the customer and sends notifications, while the Mini App handles the catalogue and the payment.

What is included in the service, and what do you need from me?

The service covers the conversation script, the bot itself, the admin panel, the agreed integrations, choosing and configuring the server, and training your team. From you we need content: a catalogue table (name, category, price, short description, size or colour variants, availability — plain Excel or Google Sheets is fine), photos shot on a consistent background, your delivery terms, the payment methods you want, greeting and returns copy, and someone on your side to answer non-standard questions. We help with loading the catalogue into the system.

Can the bot work in several languages?

Yes. Many of our clients run the bot in Uzbek and Russian, and other languages can be added. Telegram passes the customer's language itself, so the bot can answer in the right one from the first message — the copy for each language just has to be prepared up front.

Can I manage the bot myself?

Yes. The admin panel lets you manage products, prices, texts and orders, and we train you on it. The panel does a second job as well: when a member of staff leaves, the customer base and the order history stay in the system.

Will the bot connect to my existing site or CRM?

Yes. The bot can sync with your site's product database or your CRM, so prices and stock live in one place and orders arrive in a single stream. We have integrated Google Sheets, amoCRM, Bitrix24 and 1C. One thing worth knowing: a bot is not indexed by search engines while a website is — so once you need a flow of new customers, a site is the next logical step.

What happens after launch?

During the warranty period any bugs found are fixed free of charge. New features are scoped separately — many of our clients stay on a monthly support arrangement. In practice the right route is to launch a core version with catalogue, basket, payment and admin panel, then add the rest once real statistics show what matters.
